The basic package gives you a simple, personalised roadmap for your toddler or pre schooler. It includes easy-to-follow day and night routines, gradual self-settling strategies and 'just-in-case' plans for those tricky nights, so you can put the plan into action confidently on your own. There's no ongoing support included, making it perfect for families who prefer to follow the plan at their own pace.
