Thank you for trusting The Calm Sleep Mama to support your family’s sleep journey. I know how emotional and exhausting this season can be, and my aim is to guide you with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based support. By booking a service or package, you agree to the following terms and conditions so we can work together in a way that feels safe and reassuring for your family.
Services
The Calm Sleep Mama provides gentle, personalised sleep support for babies and young children. This may include:

1:1 consultations

Custom sleep plans
-
Follow-up support via calls and/or messaging
All guidance is tailored to your family’s needs, lifestyle, and parenting preferences.
Full payment is required before your consultation/package begins. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation and an estimated timeframe for receiving your personalised sleep plan.
Please note that booking a time does not guarantee that exact time slot; minor adjustments may be made to best suit the appointment.
Safety and Medical Disclaimer
The Calm Sleep Mama is not a medical professional.

All advice provided is general in nature and based on sleep consulting knowledge and experience.

It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult your GP, paediatrician, or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, sleep disorders, or underlying health issues.
You are responsible for ensuring your child’s sleep environment and care aligns with safe sleep standards (Red Nose Australia) and your medical provider’s recommendations.
Follow-Up Support
Your package includes the number of follow-up calls specified at the time of purchase. These calls are scheduled in advance.

If a call is missed, I will send a follow-up message and continue trying to reach you every 48 hours.

If messages remain unanswered, I will assume that additional support is no longer required.

Follow-up support concludes 1–2 weeks after the initial consultation, unless additional support is purchased.
If illness or unexpected circumstances prevent us from completing your booking, you will have up to 6 months to reschedule (subject to availability).
Cancellation and Refund Policy

A refund is available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Once your sleep plan has been delivered, or at any point during the follow-up period, refunds are not available.

The Calm Sleep Mama reserves the right to end services without refund if any behaviour becomes threatening, abusive, or inappropriate.

If you need to pause your program after it has begun, any arrangements will be made at my discretion.
Information Collecting & Privacy
To provide personalised support, I may collect relevant information about:

Your child’s sleep patterns

Daily routines
-
Health or developmental information you choose to share
This information is used solely to:

Create tailored sleep plans

Support your family during the program
Your privacy is respected at all times.
Use & Sharing of Information
With your permission, non-identifiable information about your baby’s sleep journey may be used in:

Training materials
All identifying details will always be removed or changed.
Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
