Flourishing Foundations is designed for babies who are ready for a little more structure and support as they grow. Between 4-12 months, sleep can feel unpredictable - with nap transitions, bedtime battles, developmental leaps and regressions all playing a part. This package helps bring calm, clarity and consistency to your baby's days and nights through gentle, age-appropriate strategies that work with your baby's natural rhythm. With a personalised approach, Flourishing Foundations guides you toward smoother routines and more restful sleep for the whole family.
Flourishing Foundations - Basic Package
With the basic package, you'll receive a personalised sleep plan that covers exactly what to do and how to do it - and then you can run with it on your own. Your sleep plan will be a little more structured to support your baby's growing needs and you'll receive gentle day/night routines and a gradual pathway towards building self-settling skills at a pace that feels right for your family. There's no ongoing support included, making it perfect for families who prefer to follow the plan at their own pace.
