Blissful Beginnings (0-3 months)

Those newborn weeks can feel like a beautiful blur - and often times a confusing one too.  The Blissful Beginnings package offers gentle support where you will learn how to read your baby's cues, ease into soothing routines and use hands on settling techniques to help calm the chaos.  This package helps both mum and bub find a natural rhythm that feels restful and reassuring while building healthy sleep foundations at the same time.

Blissful Beginnings - Basic Package

With the basic package, you'll receive a personalised sleep plan that covers exactly what to do and how to do it - and then you can run with it on your own.  There's no ongoing support included, making it perfect for families who prefer to follow the plan at their own pace.

Please note: newborn sleep plans are structured a little differently and offers a more holistic foundation.  It covers key elements such as sleep environment, safe sleep recommendations, feeding considerations and gentle hands on settling techniques rather than strict routines.

  It includes:

  • 60 minute consultation

  • Holistic and personalised sleep plan tailored to your little one's unique sleep situation

  • Detailed and easy to follow information about gentle hands on settling techniques, safe sleep and healthy sleep habits

  • 2 x 15 follow up phone calls for questions, queries or reassurance ​​

Blissful Beginnings - Premium Package

The premium package gives you the personalised sleep plan plus the support to walk through it together.  This option is perfect for families who are seeking continued connection and support as they implement their new sleep routine.  It includes everything from the basic package PLUS:

  • 2 weeks of ongoing email/whatsapp support

  • 2 x 30 minute follow up calls 

  • Optional support extension (please see Optional Extras section)
